Facility Rental & Event Permits

Whether you are are looking for private meeting space or holding a public event, Maupin has a variety of facility rental options in town.

The City of Maupin offers a variety of facilities available for rent to the public for meetings or events. If you would like to use one of our facilities, please fill out a Facility Rental Request. See the Fee Schedule for rates. Call 541-395-2698 to find out about availability. If you are looking to host a public event on City property or in the right-of-way, a Special Event Permit is required. The Special Event Permit application is available here.

Civic Center Conference Room

Up to 86 people, wi-fi, two wall-mounted TVs, moveable tables and chairs, ADA accessible

City Park Community Building

Wi-fi, full kitchen, restrooms, ADA accessible
RV Park guests who wish to reserve the space should contact Maupin City Park at 541-395-2252

Mountain Fir Park

Covered picnic area, ADA accessible, public restrooms

Kaiser Park

Up to 200 people, wi-fi, picnic tables, ADA accessible, public restrooms
